Further information about your rights can be obtained from the Information Commissioner’s Office, Citizens Advice Bureau. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office about our use of your personal data by Stephenson Coaching.

We have the right to change the following Privacy Policy to comply with UK law and a changing business model.  It is recommended that you check this page regularly. Date of current policy will be displayed.

Stephenson Coaching are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. For any personal data you provide for the purposes of your membership. Stephenson Coaching is the Data Controller and is responsible for storing and otherwise processing that data in a fair, lawful, secure and transparent way.

Personal data is defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) as

‘any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or  indirectly identified in particular by reference to an identifier’.

This covers information such as your name and contact details. Please be aware that electronic location data and your online footprint are also labelled as personal data. This Privacy Policy applies only to Stephenson Coaching website.

Any personal data  collected will only be used as permitted by law. Acceptance of the Privacy policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Stephenson Coaching website.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights

· The right to be informed about our collection and use of your personal data.

· The right to access the personal data we hold about you.  Known as a subject access request. 

· The right to have your personal data rectified if any of your personal data held by us is inaccurate or incomplete .

· h) The right to be forgotten, i.e. the right to ask us to delete or otherwise dispose of any of your personal data that we have.

· The right to restrict (i.e. prevent) the processing of your personal data.

· The right to object to us using your personal data for a particular purpose or purposes.

Use of collected data

Any personal data, it will be processed and stored securely within the UK for a period of time linked to the reason(s) for which it was first collected.  Your data will not be shared to/with third parties. Unless directed to do so when complying with legal obligations, a court order, or the instructions of a government authority

All emails containing your personal data will be deleted no later than 1 month after the subject matter of your email has been resolved.  If your request is more complex, the time to resolve the issue will be increased to a maximum of three months from the date we received your request.
